I used Chris to find my first place to buy. I am a first time homebuyer and recently moved from Michigan. Chris helped me learn the different neighborhoods in Chicago so I could focus on where I really wanted to live. He's been selling real estate for a long time and knew a lot about condo's, financing and what problems to watch out for. He hooked me up with a great lender and I only had to put down 5%! Chris does a great job of communicating with his clients, providing them excellent analysis of the transaction value, and has a terrific knowledge of the Chicago area market.
